Making a Positive Impact
Facebook started the Hardhat in Hand program in the summer of 2019 with completion rates of 90% or higher. Almost all participants accepted positions with local trade partners, the general contractor for the data center, a local subcontractor or other similar company. Facebook has rolled out Hardhat in Hand across all their data centers around the country.
