Mortenson team members proudly joined Cherilyn McCabe, an estimator on our team, to celebrate her recent recognition as a Phoenix Business Journal 2019 40 Under 40 Award recipient.
Of the 40 individuals recognized for the award, Cherilyn shines for her dedication to community service. She has been involved with more than 17 local organizations and has made a great impact to our company!
Cherilyn believes the most important quality of leadership is genuine sincerity. She states, “Being genuinely sincere allows others to know that you care for them and are concerned for their welfare over yourself.”
We are proud to celebrate Cherilyn as she accepts this important and well-deserved recognition.
