Ale is a firm believer that when one is given much, much should be returned. This philosophy is evident in her exceptional commitment to serving Colorado communities. in addition to voluntarily co-chairing Mortenson’s Community Impact Team, Ale volunteers with organizations like STEMBlazers and Colorado State University’s Women in Construction Management Institute.  She is a past Board President for Hispanic Contractors of Colorado – one of the only women ever to serve in this capacity – and serves on the board of directors for Mile High Youth Corps, Bellco Credit Union, the STEMblazers advisory board, Construction Education Foundation and Avista Hospital in Louisville.
