4Marq Apartments recently received a Design-Build Excellence Award at the 2016 DBIA- Upper Midwest Region 8th Annual Awards Celebration.

A jury of impartial experts, drawn from the DBIA membership, project owners, and the industry selected the winning projects. The winners exemplify the innovative application of integrated project delivery and unique solutions for project challenges. They exhibit interdisciplinary teamwork and problem solving that characterize design-build delivery. The honorees were acknowledged at an awards breakfast held in March.

4Marq is a 30-story, 262-unit luxury apartment tower located at 400 Marquette Avenue South in downtown Minneapolis. It is comprised of studio, one, two and three-bedroom units and offers on-site parking for tenants in an above ground parking ramp. Amenities include a pet washing station, concierge, party and media rooms, fitness center, yoga studio, business center, outdoor fireplace, indoor and outdoor lounge areas and a 360 degree viewing deck.
