ASU Multi-Purpose Arena
The 5,000-seat arena will host university and community events and serve as the future home for Sun Devil men's ice hockey, wrestling and women's gymnastics. We are eager to continue contributing to the expansion of ASU and the Novus Innovation Corridor.
Hyatt Place Phoenix Downtown
This 238-key, 111,885-square foot hotel will open its doors to guests in October 2021. We are excited to bring a sophisticated new hospitality amenity to the heart of downtown Phoenix.
The Beam on Farmer
Located in the heart of Tempe, The Beam on Farmer will be a first-of-its-kind office building, featuring exposed Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) construction, with accented concrete, steel and glass. This 184,000 square foot office will elevate the workplace experience, creating a healthy and sustainable environment for the future workforce.
