As Development Executive, Maggie Beckley is using her expertise in healthcare, community, and real estate to expand Mortenson’s healthcare strategy across its markets, develop long-term customer relationships, and initiate healthcare real estate development opportunities in the Chicago and Milwaukee markets.

Maggie is intentional about using her role, network, and resources to advance health equity and move the needle on eliminating disparities. Her passion is advocating for those that cannot advocate for themselves.

“Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to be part of several healthcare projects and initiatives,” said Beckley. “One initiative that I am most proud of is serving on the Supplier Diversity Implementation team for Advocate Aurora Health that laid the foundation for a robust Supplier Diversity program. I’ve carried that experience with me into every project, infusing the responsibility to grow capacity and opportunity in communities served.”

Maggie currently serves as a diversity, equity and inclusion champion for Mortenson’s Development group and as treasurer for CUPED Corporation, which promotes and protects traditional urban neighborhoods by working to eliminate physical, economic, and social deterioration.

“Maggie is a proven team leader with strong ability in building partnerships with executive, community, and business audiences,” said Sheryl Van Anne, Vice President and General Manager of Mortenson’s Chicago office. “She supports our development and construction teams and customers in advancing development and construction solutions, with a drive to truly make an impact in the communities where we work and live.”

Congratulations Maggie, we are proud to have you on the Mortenson team!
