Top Project submissions were judged for their degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors and management, and sustainability efforts. Each Top Project will be featured in the Finance & Commerce daily newspaper and on their website starting in July. There was also an event honoring the people and companies behind the projects on July 25 at the Nicollet Island Pavilion.
