Last night the Uline Distribution Center W2 was on display for an open house and happy hour. Mortenson sponsored the open house in partnership with CARW (Commercial Association of Realtors), KABA (Kenosha Area Business Alliance), and Corenet Global – Chicago Chapter.

Nearly 100 people attended including local and regional municipal leadership and professionals from the construction and real estate community. Attendees enjoyed refreshments and appetizers while networking and touring a portion of the warehouse.  The event included a presentation by Frank Unick, CFO at Uline, Randy Copenharve, Director of Facilities Projects at Uline, and Andy Ostrand, Construction Executive at Mortenson Construction.

The distribution center recently achieved conditional occupancy and will begin distributing product in April of this year.
