The City of Bend hired Mortenson as a CM firm to manage the completion of the construction of their WWTP. Mortenson was selected and approved by the City Council to represent the City of Bend as construction manager for the Secondary Expansion Project at their Water Reclamation Facility. As CM, our team represented the City’s interests while providing services including monitoring the project during construction, managing quality control review, and supporting the City in review of progress payments, schedule, funding source reporting and management of the facility start-up and commissioning process.

Our role as CM continued through start-up and commissioning of the new plant. As a result of the outstanding experience the City had working with Mortenson on this CM/GC project, they have made the decision to continue using CM/GC and best value delivery for their public works projects.
