Crown Iron Works, a global supplier of oilseed extraction technology, refining plants and equipment, moved its global headquarters from Roseville, Minnesota to Blaine, Minnesota, bringing nearly 100 jobs to the area. Crown Iron Works new 65,000 square foot building includes office and warehouse space and an extraction plant which gives them the space they need for production testing and piloting facilities.
The design and exterior articulation achieved the City of Blaine’s vision, while meeting Crown Iron Work's needs to create an efficient and safe building while incorporating a design that attracted and retained talent and showcased their operations to global customers.
