This 73,160 square foot, three-story "garden-style" Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) barracks facility provides 100 apartment-style dwelling units accommodating 200 persons. Each living unit consists of two bedrooms with walk-in closets, shared bath, kitchen and dedicated laundry space. The project scope includes site utilities, hardscapes, and landscape improvements. The facility also includes a central common use area with a charge of quarters (CQ) station, lobby, vending area, mail access, public restroom, laundry, and other general support rooms. The facilities are U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Gold certified.
