This 80,000 square foot fast-tracked project started on April 3, 2018, and wrapped up at the end of August 2018, two days ahead of schedule, just in time for the students to start school! Scope included the roof replacement, curtainwall replacement on the south and west sides of the building, foundation and structural improvements, a new mechanical system, new electrical service with upgrades, and renovations of several classrooms, labs, the library, SPED, and the addition of a new dance studio. Due to the emergency nature of this project,  Progressive Design-Build was the only delivery method that could achieve Portland Public School's goal of delivering the renovation before the start of school.
