Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital, a 115-bed behavioral health hospital, provides specialized psychiatric services to children, adolescents and adults from North Seattle to the Canadian border. A full continuum of behavioral health and addiction treatment, including in-patient and same-day hospital services is provided. The 70,000 square foot, state-of-the-art hospital includes semi-private patient rooms, an outpatient clinic, and support space, including a pharmacy and food service administration. Indoor and outdoor recreational activity areas have also been constructed. Because of the behavioral health focus, unique features of the building include anti-ligature doors, hardware, bathroom fixtures, light fixtures and sprinkler heads.

This project was turned over five weeks ahead of schedule, allowing US HealthVest to start delivering treatment to patients sooner than anticipated.
