SOLAR SISTERS of the
TRAVELING HARD HAT

Sisters of the Traveling Hard Hat is a Solar site-specific mentorship program where a project team recognizes a women leader who exemplifies LeadBLU principles (or Mortenson culture), mentorship, and promotes other women. These site Sisters personify positivity, grit, determination, hard work, and a team-centric attitude. The program provides a platform to amplify their voices, share their wisdom and leadership skills, and create a community of strong women who can learn and grow from each other. We are proud to have these Sisters on our team – leading the future women of solar.
