As the Lead Electrical Engineer with Engineering Services, Donny focuses on developing and coordinating Mortenson's Engineering team to create better quality, efficiency, and skillsets. He is responsible for coordinating and scoping work with different groups across Mortenson, including Power Delivery, Wind, Solar, and Energy Storage. Donny ensures designs are held to the utmost quality standards within the Engineering Services group and P&C and SCADA teams.

Donny has been in the Power Delivery industry for 11 years. His experience is focused on working with diverse engineering and design teams that have substation design, control, and construction experience in voltage classes ranging from 4 kV to 500 kV. He’s also worked in the field as a commissioning lead on a 32 MW Solar project and 700MW 2-on-1 combined cycle generation facility. Donny has also been a project coordinator in the field on two 138kV transmission line rebuild projects.
