Eric leads Mortenson's Civil Group on team efforts from the moment we are selected for a project, during the pre-construction phase, through construction completion. In the role of Vice President and General Manager, Eric's responsibilities include providing overview of all project management, overseeing personnel requirements, cost management, scheduling and field operations. He has extensive experience in the estimating and management of heavy civil construction projects and provides valuable oversight and support to meet owners' expectations.
