With more than 19 years of construction industry experience, Jeff is the director of project development for Mortenson’s Wisconsin Operations. His responsibilities include project acquisition, relationship management, overall delivery of preconstruction and construction phase services, and business development activities. A cornerstone of his career has been the development of strong client relationships based on mutual respect and trust. Jeff has a unique command of the Wisconsin construction market and has a proven track record of consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience. His strategic focus, collaborative leadership style, and hands-on experience delivering multiple complex projects make him an expert in leading projects from the design phase through occupancy. 

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and construction management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is an avid Badger fan. Jeff has called Racine County in southeastern Wisconsin his home for his entire life and has enjoyed raising his children in a rural, country setting. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, and has been a board member of the Yorkville School District since 2007. Along with his three children, Jeff enjoys camping, watersports, fishing, hunting, and enjoying time with friends and family.
