Innovating through individuality
In today’s fast-changing business environment, as leaders, we have to inspire others to be the best versions of themselves in order to best serve our customers and our projects. Everyone is unique, and only by tapping into their individual strengths can we ensure we’re maximizing each person’s capabilities. As leaders at Mortenson, we’re able to push boundaries and explore new ways of doing things because we empower each of our team members to do the same.
Partnering for the journey
A project is always more than the sum of its parts. For some of our clients, it represents the first time they’re building anything and for others, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime project and the culmination of years of effort. The care of each project is a significant responsibility as well as an exciting undertaking. A lot goes into successfully executing a project, and I love that I get to be involved in all the different parts and pieces. It’s such a privilege to partner with our clients through the building experience.
When it comes to efficiency here at Mortenson, I love that we are constantly figuring out new ways to eliminate waste. Whether that is through eliminating re-work, thinking through the potential for future expansion, removing inefficient barriers, or just pure organization, we are always working to streamline projects and processes to achieve optimal efficiency.
