As a Project Executive for the Phoenix operating group, Joe provides executive oversight on our projects, engaging Mortenson’s unique resources at the appropriate times to deliver on our commitment and meet the schedule. He oversees project performance by establishing objectives, building high performing teams, maintaining budgets and costs, engaging key partners, and managing all aspects of contracts. Joe acts as the primary point of contact with the customer and design team, solving complex challenges, and maintaining positive working relationships with all team members and stakeholders.
