Mike is a market executive and serves as the healthcare market sector leader for Mortenson’s Wisconsin Operations. Mike is an experienced construction professional, having spent the majority of his career focusing on large, complex healthcare projects. A charismatic and collaborative team leader, Mike has a passion for constructing the highest quality buildings possible for his customers. He leads teams from preconstruction through project completion, maximizing value, reducing the cost of construction, and increasing the facility’s revenues.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in construction management from the University of Nebraska. Since 2014, Mike has been a leader of the TechTerns Program, a two-year, real-life learning curriculum for Milwaukee-area high school students to explore various careers including design and construction.

Mike and his wife Amy have two children. He stays busy with his family and enjoys outdoor activities including coaching soccer.
