Stephanie has passion for serving disadvantaged communities and creating long-term economic impact through her work. She leads Mortenson’s efforts in maximizing Women and Minority-owned businesses and workforce diversity participation on projects, develop relationships with community partners, and support the company’s DEI mission and philanthropic activity. Her experience as a Corporate Social Responsibilities Lead for Boeing and as an assistant for the United Nations informs her approach to outreach and diverse business inclusion.
